Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Novablast Micro Valve 1 1/4" – precise, all-purpose metering valve for professional blast pots

The NovaBlast Micro Valve 1 1/4" is a professional abrasive metering valve for blast pots ranging from approximately 50 to 500 liters. Novablast describes it as a widely used industry standard for general blasting applications, as it is easy to operate, durable, relatively resistant to cloggings, and quick to maintain.

The amount of abrasive media can be finely adjusted. This allows the ratio of compressed air to abrasive media to be precisely adjusted to the nozzle, working pressure, grit size, and desired removal rate. Correctly adjusted metering improves blasting performance and reduces unnecessary abrasive media consumption.

The valve features a wear-optimized design with a replaceable wear pin. The central wear area can be maintained with minimal effort, ensuring that downtime during daily operation is kept to a minimum.

How It Works

The abrasive media falls from the pressure vessel into the valve, where it is mixed into the compressed air stream in a controlled manner. The adjustment mechanism is used to change the free cross-sectional area. This allows the amount of abrasive media to be precisely tailored to the application.

Suitable Applications

✔ Corrosion protection
✔ Steel and Metal Construction
✔ Vehicle and Machinery Restoration
✔ Industrial Maintenance
✔ Contract blasting services
✔ Construction sites with varying blasting media
✔ Blast pots in the medium and large size classes

Suitable Abrasive Media

✔ Garnet
✔ Aluminum silicate
✔ Corundum
✔ Glass beads
✔ Slag blasting media
✔ Other dry and free-flowing media
📌 Note:
For particularly aggressive metallic abrasive media such as steel grit, a specially designed SGV may be the better choice.

Maintenance and Care

✔ Check the wear pin regularly for signs of wear
✔ Keep the adjustment mechanism clean and operating smoothly
✔ Use only dry abrasive media
✔ Clean material residue from the valve housing
✔ Check seals and connections
✔ Replace wear parts in a timely manner

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

For which boiler sizes is the Micro Valve suitable?
Novablast recommends it as an all-around solution for blast pots ranging from approximately 50 to 500 liters.

What is the advantage over an FSV?
The Micro Valve allows for more precise control of the abrasive flow rate.

Does the valve require a lot of maintenance?
No. The wear pin can be replaced with relatively little effort.

Why is precise dosing important?
Too much abrasive media impairs airflow and increases consumption. Too little reduces removal efficiency.
