The Düsenprofi flange blast nozzle is a particularly wear-resistant boron carbide nozzle for large blast heads with a Ø30-mm flange connection. It is available as a straight standard nozzle or a Venturi version and, depending on the variant, covers nozzle bores from 6 to 12 mm. The hot-pressed boron carbide is designed for intensive professional blasting operations and highly abrasive media.

Düsenprofi flange blast nozzles are extremely wear-resistant blast nozzles made of hot-pressed boron carbide (B4C) for couplings with a flanged connection (Ø 30 mm). They are designed for use on large blast heads and are typically used in conjunction with a matching attachment nozzle.
