HSP-200 Performance vacuum blasting system, Complete Set
The Clemco HSP-200 Performance is a high-performance recirculating pressure blast machine designed for larger workpieces and demanding maintenance tasks. The 40-liter blast pot allows for longer operating intervals, while the recirculation system captures abrasive media and dust directly at the work area. Cartridge filters and a HEPA H14 afterfilter ensure effective fine-dust separation. The system is particularly well-suited for localized rust removal, paint stripping, and coating applications with reduced abrasive dispersion.

Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Clemco HSP-200 Performance – High-Performance Complete Recirculating Blasting System
The Clemco HSP-200 Performance is a professional vacuum blasting system designed for larger workpieces and demanding maintenance tasks. The pressure blasting principle ensures high material removal rates, while the powerful extraction system recirculates the abrasive media, dust, and loosened coating residues directly at the blast head.
The 40-liter blast pot allows for longer operating intervals. A filtration unit featuring a cartridge filter followed by a HEPA H14 filter ensures the reliable capture of fine particles, making the system particularly well-suited for dust-sensitive applications.
✅ High removal rate thanks to the pressure jet principle
✅ Direct suction at the blast head
✅ 40-liter blast pot
✅ Cartridge filter with HEPA H14 afterfilter
✅ For larger workpieces and longer operating intervals
✅ Reduced abrasive media and dust dispersion
Technical Equipment
| Blasting Principle | Pressure Blasting with Extraction |
| blast pot | 40 liters |
| Filter Stage 1 | Cartridge filters |
| Filter Stage 2 | HEPA H14 |
| Application | Large workpieces, repair, and maintenance |
| Item Number | 31267D |
System Function
The blast pot feeds the abrasive media to the nozzle. The seal on the blast head defines the working area, while the extraction system recovers material and dust. In the separation system, reusable abrasive media is separated from fine dust. The filter stages must be unobstructed and installed correctly to ensure proper recirculation and dust control.
Typical Applications
✔ Large-scale local rust removal and paint stripping
✔ Coating Repair and Corrosion Protection
✔ Steel, automotive, container, and plant engineering
✔ Working on installed workpieces or those that are difficult to transport
Design and Abrasive Media
The nozzle, pressure, abrasive media, and compressor power must be coordinated. Use only dry, free-flowing abrasive media that are suitable for recirculation systems. Greasy, wet, or sticky contaminants must be removed before blasting so that recovery and filtration are not impaired.
Maintenance and Safety
Regularly check the filter differential, suction capacity, hoses, brushes, nozzle, tank, and metering valve. Do not blow out or improperly clean HEPA filters. Replace filters in a low-dust environment and according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Depressurize the system before working on the tank; disconnect the power supply before working on the extraction system.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
