Compressor maintenance kits simplify scheduled maintenance because the components required for a specific service interval are assembled to match the model series and capacity. The current product line includes maintenance kits for 500 and 2,000 operating hours.

Before placing an order, it is crucial to identify the compressor precisely. Even within a single product series, maintenance parts can vary depending on motor power or size. The nameplate, model designation, and kW rating should therefore be verified against the product specifications.

Maintenance kits for the F, FR, and FRD series

Kits are available for machines ranging from 3 to 90 kW in the belt-driven F, FR, and FRD series. This product group covers both basic frame compressors and tank and refrigerated air dryers. The specific compressor series determines which kit is used.

Maintenance kits for the D and DV series

Separate maintenance kits are available for rotary screw compressors with 1:1 direct drive: one for the D Series and one for the variable-speed DV Series. Both series range from 11 to 90 kW. This distinction is important because the machines should not be identified solely by their power rating.

FV and other series

Maintenance kits are also available for the variable-speed FV series (30 to 90 kW) as well as for the A, AR, ARD, and AV series. This allows maintenance of various system families to be planned specifically according to series and operating hours.

Check the compressor oil during maintenance

Whether and to what extent an oil change is required in conjunction with the respective service depends on the maintenance schedule, operating conditions, and machine specifications. The oil quantity and specification should therefore be checked separately.
