Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). Clemco Pulsar III – professional suction blast cabinet with an 8.4 m³/min cyclone and cartridge filter
The Clemco Pulsar III is a professional, compact suction blast cabinet made of sturdy sheet steel. Compared to the Pulsar II, it offers a larger work area and is designed as a complete cabinet solution with abrasive recovery, a cyclone, and cartridge filters for regularly recurring blasting tasks.
The suction blast system operates with an 8-mm boron carbide nozzle. The 8.4 m³/min cyclone handles the processing of the recirculated abrasive media: reusable grit is returned to the cycle, while dust and unsuitable fine particles are removed from the process. The cartridge filter cleans the extracted air and maintains negative pressure in the booth during operation.
With a blast chamber measuring 925 × 995 × 905 mm and a clear door opening of 800 × 875 mm, the Pulsar III is suitable for small to medium-sized workpieces. Clemco positions this series for cleaning, finishing, roughening, and deburring, and offers various attachment options to provide a solution tailored to the workpiece flow.

Blasting System and Operating Principles
In injector blasting, the abrasive media is drawn in by the negative pressure created by the blast gun. This results in a highly controllable blasting pattern and is particularly suitable for cleaning, matting, or selectively roughening surfaces without requiring the high aggressiveness of a pressure blasting system.
The 8-mm boron carbide nozzle is wear-resistant and suitable for many mineral abrasives. The working pressure, distance, blast angle, particle size, and condition of the nozzle remain critical factors for the result. The real advantage of the Pulsar III lies in the interaction of the blast chamber, recovery system, and extraction system as a coordinated, integrated system.
Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit
The cyclone, with a capacity of 8.4 m³/min, separates the recovered mixture of abrasive media and dust. Abrasive media that are still usable are returned to the suction blast system. Particles that are too fine and dust are directed toward the filter. This keeps the particle size distribution in the cycle more stable and allows the abrasive media to be reused multiple times in a cost-effective manner.
The cartridge filter is responsible for dust separation. Pulsar systems are designed with compressed-air-assisted filter cleaning; however, to ensure consistently good extraction performance, the filter cartridge, compressed-air supply, and dust collection area must still be checked regularly.
| Component | Function |
|---|---|
| cyclone | 8.4 m³/min; separation of abrasive media and fine particles |
| Cartridge filters | Process Dust Collection |
| filter cleaning | Compressed-air cleaning of the filter cartridge |
| Abrasive Recirculation System | Recycling of Abrasive Media That Is Still Usable |
Compressed Air Requirements
The air requirement of the vacuum blasting system depends on the 8-mm nozzle and the actual operating pressure. Clemco specifies a blasting pressure range of up to 7 bar for the Pulsar III series, but does not publish a specific airflow rate for this particular vacuum configuration on the product page.
When selecting a compressor, the flow rate under operating pressure must be taken into account. In addition to the blast nozzle, the system requires compressed air for auxiliary functions such as filter cleaning; a sufficient reserve prevents pressure fluctuations.
Abrasive media and Applications
Clemco approves the Pulsar III for all common abrasive media. Suitable media include dry, reusable types whose grit size and hardness are appropriate for the surface and abrasive reconditioning.
The manufacturer’s website lists steel grit as a restriction. Metallic abrasives should therefore only be used after technical consultation to ensure compatibility with the intended equipment.
| Application / Abrasive Media | Note |
|---|---|
| glass beads | for cleaning, matting, and surface finishing |
| Corundum / Aluminum Oxide | for rust removal, surface roughening, and higher material removal rates |
| Plastic Blasting Media | for applications that are gentler on materials |
| Other Common Media | Select by grit size, desired blast pattern, and wear characteristics |
| Steel grit | only after reviewing the specific equipment |
Installation, Operation, and Maintenance
The booth must be installed on a level and load-bearing surface. Doors, filters, cyclones, and maintenance areas must remain accessible; therefore, when planning the installation site, more than just the booth’s external dimensions must be taken into account.
A trouble-free blasting process requires dry, oil- and dirt-free compressed air. Before starting work, check the hose connections, nozzle, gloves, viewing windows, door seals, and safety devices.
In particular, the blast nozzle, nozzle holder, suction hose, abrasive circulation system, filter cartridge, dust collection area, and wear points should be checked regularly. A worn blast nozzle alters the blast pattern and air consumption; dirty filters or an overfilled dust container impair suction performance.
