Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Integrated air cooler
Compression generates heat, and compressed air contains moisture. If the air cools down inside the hose, condensation can form. The integrated cooler reduces the air temperature and helps remove moisture before the compressed air enters the abrasive container.
This reduces the risk of clumped abrasive media and irregular dosing. Condensate separators must still be checked and drained regularly.

Compressor Selection
For a 4-mm nozzle, a usable flow rate of approximately 1,200 l/min or higher is recommended. Larger nozzles increase the surface coverage rate but require significantly more air. The actual air flow rate under operating pressure is the decisive factor, not just the theoretical intake capacity.
Dry or wet blasting?
Dry blasting focuses on high material removal rates and easy material handling. In hydroblasting, water is mixed at the nozzle. This reduces dust and rebound. The wet method can offer advantages for sensitive facades, graffiti removal, and work in urban environments.
