Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

ACF Olympia – Compact suction-type air blasting machine for engraving, restoration, and low-dust blasting

The ACF Olympia is a compact vacuum blasting system for precise engraving, cleaning, and paint removal. The blast head rests directly on the surface with a brush sleeve. Abrasive media, dust, and loosened residues are immediately extracted, separated in the cyclone, and collected.

With an abrasive volume of 11 liters, an adjustable operating pressure of approximately 1–4 bar, and an integrated extraction system, the Olympia is particularly well-suited for stonemasonry shops, restoration projects, workshops, interior spaces, and other sensitive work areas. Typical applications include lettering and ornamentation on natural stone, glass, marble, or granite, as well as spot paint removal.

The closed material cycle significantly reduces abrasive rebound. Depending on the type of abrasive media used, reuse may be possible. For highly abrasive media, a particularly wear-resistant nozzle is recommended.

Suction capacity approx. 1,000 W
Compressed Air Requirements approx. 40 m³/h
Nozzle approx. 3 mm

How It Works

The brush head seals off the work area from the surrounding environment. The abrasive media strikes the surface within this area. At the same time, it is extracted along with dust and residues. Heavy particles are collected in the cyclone, while finer particles are directed to the filter.

Typical Applications

✔ Engraving on natural stone, granite, and marble
✔ Labels and Ornaments
✔ Glass engraving and decorative finishes
✔ Restoration work
✔ Selective paint removal
✔ Stonemasonry businesses and cemeteries
✔ Workshops and indoor spaces

Suitable Abrasive Media

Fine, dry media are used for engraving and precision work. When using highly abrasive blasting media, a boron carbide nozzle should be used to reduce nozzle wear.

Limits of Extraction

Suction works best on flat or slightly curved surfaces. The brush head cannot form a complete seal along edges, in deep recesses, or on highly textured surfaces.

Maintenance and Care

✔ Check the brush head regularly
✔ Empty the cyclone hopper
✔ Clean the vacuum filter
✔ Check the abrasive media for contamination
✔ Measure the nozzle and replace it if worn
✔ Check hoses and seals
✔ Test the remote control

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Olympia suitable for engraving?
Yes. It was specifically designed for precise, low-dust engraving and surface finishing.

Is the facility completely dust-free?
Dust generation can be significantly reduced, but this depends on how well the brush head is sealed.

Can abrasive media be reused?
Yes, provided it is clean and technically suitable after separation.

What is the difference between Olympia and BPSP 50?
The Olympia is more compact and designed for fine engraving work. The BPSP 50 offers greater vessel capacity and a wider pressure range.
