Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Pulsar VI Plus suction blast cabinet with cyclone (16.8 m³/min), 2 filter cartridges, 8 mm boron carbide nozzle is in stock and will be shipped as soon as it is available again
Clemco Pulsar VI Plus – Suction blast cabinet with a 16.8 m³/min cyclone and two filter cartridges for high filter load
The Clemco Pulsar VI Plus combines the large working chamber of the Pulsar VI with a more powerful filtration system. The blasting chamber measures 1,290 × 1,150 × 1,020 mm, and the clear door opening is 940 × 975 mm. This makes the cabinet suitable for larger workpieces and applications where a compact cabinet solution remains more practical than a separate blast room.
The suction-blasting version operates with an 8-mm boron carbide nozzle and a cyclone with a capacity of 16.8 m³/min. The used abrasive media is recirculated, separated from dust and fine particles in the cyclone, and then returned to the blast gun. The key difference from the standard Pulsar VI lies in the filtration unit: the Pulsar VI Plus features two filter cartridges.
Clemco recommends the Plus version especially for high filter loads, such as those caused by highly dusty materials or extended operating periods. This makes the Pulsar VI Plus the more suitable choice within the compact series for demanding and longer-duration suction blasting applications.

Blasting System and Operating Principles
In suction blasting, the compressed-air flow in the blast gun creates negative pressure and draws abrasive media from the circuit to the nozzle. This process provides a controllable blasting effect and is suitable for many surface-finishing applications where the maximum removal rate of a pressure blasting system is not required.
The 8-mm boron carbide nozzle is designed for abrasive media. The large blasting chamber provides sufficient room to maneuver the nozzle around larger components. The result depends not only on the abrasive media but also on working pressure, nozzle distance, blast angle, and nozzle wear.
Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit
The 16.8 m³/min cyclone separates reusable abrasive media from dust and fine particles. The usable abrasive is returned to the process. This allows suitable abrasive media to be reused multiple times and keeps the abrasive composition in the circulation system more consistent.
The Plus version features two filter cartridges. This provides greater filter reserve for dust-intensive applications or longer operating periods. However, the filtration unit does not replace regular maintenance: the filter cartridges, cleaning system, dust collection area, and air pathways must be inspected and cleaned or serviced as required.
| Component | Function |
|---|---|
| Cyclone | 16.8 m³/min abrasive reconditioning |
| Two filter cartridges | Greater filter reserve under high dust loads |
| Abrasive recirculation system | Reuse of reconditioned abrasive media |
| Filter cleaning | Compressed-air cleaning of the filter cartridges |
Compressed Air Requirements
The required compressor capacity is primarily determined by nozzle size and operating pressure. Added to this is the compressed-air demand for auxiliary functions such as filter cleaning. Sufficient reserve is particularly important during extended operating periods to ensure that pressure at the nozzle does not drop.
The compressed air must be dry and free of oil and disruptive contaminants. Moisture can cause abrasive media to clump and impair both metering and recovery.
Abrasive Media and Applications
Clemco specifies the Pulsar VI Plus for all common, suitable abrasive media. This makes the cabinet versatile for cleaning, deburring, roughening, and finishing applications. Abrasive type and grit size must be matched to the workpiece material, desired roughness, and required removal rate.
For steel grit, Clemco specifies the use of an optional 2.2-kW motor as a requirement. This configuration should therefore be coordinated before using metallic abrasives.
| Abrasive Media / Application | Note |
|---|---|
| Glass beads | Cleaning, matting, and cosmetic finishing |
| Corundum / aluminum oxide | Roughening, rust removal, and heavier material removal |
| Plastic blasting media | Gentler surface treatment |
| Steel grit | Only with the optional motor version intended for this purpose |
Installation, Operation, and Maintenance
The cabinet must be installed on a level, load-bearing surface. Sufficient clearance must be provided for doors, filters, the cyclone, maintenance areas, and any additional components. The manufacturer specifies approximately 10 m² as the space requirement for the system layout.
Before blasting, check the nozzle, hoses, gloves, viewing windows, door seals, and safety switches. The doors must remain closed during operation; the door safety switch stops the blasting process when a door is opened.
The blast nozzle, nozzle holder, suction hoses, cyclone, filter cartridges, filter cleaning system, and dust collection area must be maintained regularly. Proper abrasive reconditioning and unobstructed filter surfaces are crucial for consistent blasting performance and good visibility in the work area.
