Blast Nozzle Accessories for Nozzles, Holders, and Blast Hoses

Blast nozzle accessories include components that securely connect the blast nozzle, nozzle holder, and blast hose. These include, in particular, compatible nozzle holders, nozzle seals, and fasteners for various nozzle systems.

The product range includes holders for various blast hose outer diameters as well as different nozzle connections. In addition to 25 mm and 50 mm coarse threads, 3/4-inch and 1 1/4-inch fine threads are also available. Suitable clamping components are required for hose-insert blast nozzles.

This category is intentionally kept open for additional accessories and replacement parts related to professional blast nozzles. Technical compatibility with the nozzle, blast hose, and existing system is always crucial.

Which blast nozzle accessories are required?

✅ Nozzle holder compatible with the blast hose and nozzle connection

✅ Nozzle seals as important wear parts

✅ Hose clamps for hose-insert blast nozzles

✅ Clearly verify the connection size before ordering

Blast Nozzles Accessories as Connectors in the Blasting System

A blast nozzle can only operate reliably if the components surrounding the nozzle connection are technically compatible. The nozzle holder, nozzle gasket, blast hose, and, if applicable, hose clamp together form the mechanical connection at the working end of the blasting system. Incorrect sizes or worn components can lead to leaks, pressure losses, or increased local wear.

Select a nozzle holder that fits the blast hose

The nozzle holder is mounted at the end of the blast hose and, in conventional systems, holds the blast nozzle. Therefore, two dimensions must match: the holder must be compatible with the outer diameter of the blast hose being used and, at the same time, have the correct female thread for the nozzle.

The product range includes nozzle holders for various blast hose sizes and connection types. These include systems for 25 mm coarse thread, 50 mm coarse thread, 3/4-inch fine thread, and 1 1/4-inch fine thread. These designations should be carefully verified when replacing an existing holder.

Check nozzle seals regularly

The nozzle gasket is located between the nozzle and the nozzle holder and is a small but important wear part. A damaged or severely compressed gasket can cause the abrasive media stream to reach areas not designed for it. This can result in unnecessary damage to the holder and the nozzle. Therefore, it is always worth checking the gasket when changing the nozzle.

Hose-insert blast nozzles require a different mounting method

Hose-insert blast nozzles do not have a standard screw thread. They are inserted directly into a suitable blast hose and secured with a matching hose clamp. Therefore, with this design, not only the nozzle but also the blast hose and the clamp must be considered as a single unit.

Check before purchasing accessories

✅ Outer diameter of the blast hose

✅ Thread type or connection type of the blast nozzle

✅ Condition of existing nozzle seals

✅ Mounting type for hose-insert blast nozzles

✅ Existing brand and technical system configuration

Check accessories during nozzle replacement and maintenance

When replacing a worn blast nozzle, one should not automatically assume that all adjacent components can still be used. Seals, holders, and the end of the blast hose are also exposed to high levels of abrasive stress. A thorough inspection prevents a new nozzle from being used with connection parts that are already worn.

Select blast nozzles compatible with the system

ABS Strahltechnik carries accessories for professional blast nozzles and is constantly expanding its product range to include additional compatible components. If you’re unsure, details about the nozzle, thread, nozzle holder, and blast hose will help you determine the correct model.
