We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

The Clemco KB-52-1 is a wet blast head designed for targeted water injection directly in the nozzle area. The water binds a large portion of the dust generated during blasting. The head is combined with a compatible blast nozzle; the blast nozzle is expressly not included in the scope of delivery.

System Design
The wet blast head does not change the basic compressed air requirements of the nozzle being used. The compressor, blast hose, and nozzle size must still be compatible. In addition, a suitable water supply, clean lines, and a controllable water flow are required.
Installation, Maintenance, and Frost Protection
Check the thread, seal, and water connection for compatibility. Before use, check for leaks and ensure unobstructed water flow. After use, flush the water line with clean water, drain it completely, and allow it to dry. If there is a risk of freezing, no water should remain in the head or in the lines.
💡 Practical tip: Use only as much water as is necessary to suppress dust. Too much water increases the cleaning effort and the volume of wastewater without automatically improving blasting performance.

Does every nozzle fit?
Only a technically suitable nozzle with the specified 50-mm coarse thread and appropriate geometry.
