Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.
BNP-220 suction blast cabinet with 900 CFM cyclone, MBX-1500 cartridge filter, 8 mm boron carbide nozzle is in stock and will be shipped as soon as it is available again
Clemco BNP-220 – industrial suction blast cabinet with a 900-CFM cyclone and MBX-1500 cartridge filter
The Clemco BNP-220 is part of the modular BNP cabinet series for industrial blasting. Unlike the compact Pulsar systems, the cabinet, cyclones, and filter are designed as separate system components. This allows for more flexible configuration of the system at the installation site and enables it to be tailored to the workpiece flow and available space.
This model operates as a suction blast cabinet with an 8-mm boron carbide nozzle. The abrasive media is drawn in via the injector effect of the blast gun. The 900-CFM cyclone, with a capacity of approximately 25.4 m³/min, separates reusable abrasive media from dust and fine particles, while the MBX-1500 cartridge filter removes dust from the process air.
With a blasting chamber measuring 1,290 × 1,150 × 1,020 mm, the BNP-220 already offers plenty of room for medium to large workpieces. The clear door opening of 940 × 975 mm facilitates loading. The BNP series is designed for industrial applications and offers high flexibility in configuration and installation.

Blasting System and Operating Principles
Suction blasting technology operates using the negative pressure generated by the blast gun. The abrasive media is drawn in, accelerated, and directed onto the workpiece through the 8-mm boron carbide nozzle. The process is versatile and offers a highly controllable blasting effect for many cleaning and finishing tasks.
Compared to a compact booth, the BNP-220 offers greater flexibility in system layout. The booth, cyclone, and filter do not need to be arranged as a single, enclosed unit. This is particularly advantageous in production areas with designated walkways, limited maintenance zones, or a separate filter room.
Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit
The 900 CFM cyclone is designed for high recirculation and recovery rates. It separates reusable abrasive media from dust and fine particles. The reusable abrasive is returned to the blasting process and can thus be reused multiple times.
The MBX-1500 cartridge filter handles dust separation. To ensure stable negative pressure and good visibility, the filter cartridges, cleaning system, dust collection area, and connecting lines must be checked regularly.
| Component | Function |
|---|---|
| 900 CFM cyclone | Abrasive Cleaning and Recovery |
| MBX-1500 | Cartridge filters for process dust collection |
| Abrasive Recirculation System | Economical multiple use of suitable media |
Compressed Air Requirements
The available flow rate is also critical for a suction blast cabinet. Air demand depends on nozzle size, operating pressure, and auxiliary consumers. The compressor must be able to continuously deliver the required flow rate under load; the compressor’s rated or maximum pressure alone is not sufficient for sizing purposes.
The compressed air must be dry and free of oil and disruptive solid particles. Moisture in the abrasive media can lead to delivery problems and an uneven blast pattern.
Abrasive media and Applications
Clemco specifies the BNP-220 for all common abrasive media and for applications such as cleaning, deburring, finishing, and roughening. Thanks to its industrial recovery system, it is particularly well-suited for processes in which reusable abrasive media are to be circulated in a defined loop.
Hard and aggressive media increase wear on nozzles, hoses, and components that carry the blasting media. The condition of these components should therefore be part of regular maintenance.
| Application | Typical Setup |
|---|---|
| Cleaning / Derusting | Abrasive medium suitable for the material and desired removal rate |
| Abrasive Blasting | Select the grain size based on the required surface roughness |
| Matting / Finishing | Use a finer or less aggressive abrasive media |
| Deburring | Match the abrasive media to the component geometry and burr thickness |
Installation, Operation, and Maintenance
The BNP-220 must be installed on a level, load-bearing surface. Since the cabinet, cyclone, and filter are separate components, the installation plan should take into account maintenance access points, the door area, hose routing, and material flow. Clemco specifies a space requirement of approximately 16.2 m², including the work surface and system components.
Before starting work, check the door safety switches, gloves, viewing windows, nozzle, suction hoses, and connections. The booth may only be operated with the doors closed. The negative pressure keeps dust contained within the system.
Regular maintenance applies in particular to the nozzle, nozzle holder, hoses, cyclone, MBX filter, dust collection area, and seals. Wear parts should be replaced in a timely manner before blasting performance, visibility, or recovery rates noticeably decline.
