The rpb Safety Radex is a professional 6-stage breathing-air filter for compressed-air-powered respiratory protection systems. It reduces moisture, odors, and particles down to 0.5 Āµm and features a pressure regulator, a pressure gauge, and two breathing-air outlets, which can be optionally expanded to six. The filter cartridge must be replaced after three months or 400 operating hours at the latest; carbon monoxide is not removed.

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of ā¬1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaserās balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

The rpb Safety Radex is a professional breathing-air filter for compressed-air-powered respiratory protection systems. It is installed between the compressor or breathing air source and the breathing-air hoses and removes moisture, odors, and particles from the compressed air stream.
The large 6-stage filter cartridge filters particles down to 0.5 micrometers. The integrated pressure regulator allows the outlet pressure to be adjusted to the connected respiratory protection systems. The version offered here features two breathing-air outlets.

How It Works
The compressed air flows through the multi-stage filter cartridge and is then regulated to the required outlet pressure via the regulator. The Radex thus supports the supply of compressed-air-powered blast helmets and other approved respiratory protection systems.
The Radex does not generate breathable air from unsuitable compressor air. It does not remove carbon monoxide and is not a substitute for a safe air source or a gas monitor such as the RPB GX4.
