The Radler & Ruf 4055 pressure blast cabinet combines powerful pressure blasting with a large hinged front door for loading from the front using a forklift or crane. The system includes a 23-liter low-pressure blasting tank, a cyclone 900 for abrasive cleaning, and an AE-T 0,14 filtration unit with a filter area of 14 m². A Vortex extension for light abrasive media is available as an option.

Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). The Radler & Ruf 4055 pressure blast cabinet is a high-performance professional cabinet designed for intensive blasting operations with superior cleaning power. The pressure blasting process feeds the abrasive media from a 23-liter blast pot into the compressed air in measured doses and is particularly well-suited for demanding applications in industry, mechanical engineering, and maintenance.

The large front flap, which opens upward, allows for loading from the front using a forklift or from above using a crane. The cabin is equipped with a cyclone 900, a low-pressure blasting tank, and an AE-T 0.14 filtration unit. The system is available with or without a Vortex extension for light abrasive media.

Compressors and Compressed Air Supplies

The compressed air requirement depends on the nozzle size and operating pressure. The compressor must continuously supply the required air volume via the ¾-inch connection and should have sufficient power reserve.
