Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco Pulsar VI Plus – Suction blast cabinet with a 16.8 m³/min cyclone and two filter cartridges for high filter load

The Clemco Pulsar VI Plus combines the large working chamber of the Pulsar VI with a more powerful filtration system. The blasting chamber measures 1,290 × 1,150 × 1,020 mm, and the clear door opening is 940 × 975 mm. This makes the cabinet suitable for larger workpieces and applications where a compact cabinet solution remains more practical than a separate blasting chamber.

The suction-blasting model operates with an 8-mm boron carbide nozzle and a cyclone with a capacity of 16.8 m³/min. The used abrasive media is recirculated, separated from dust and fine particles in the cyclone, and then returned to the blast gun. The key difference from the standard Pulsar VI lies in the filtration unit: the Pulsar VI Plus features two filter cartridges.

Clemco recommends the Plus model especially for high filter loads, such as those caused by highly dusty materials or extended operating periods. This makes the Pulsar VI Plus the more targeted choice within the compact series for demanding and time-intensive vacuum blasting applications.

Your Benefits at a Glance

✅ Large blasting chamber: 1,290 × 1,150 × 1,020 mm

✅ 16.8 m³/min cyclone for abrasive reconditioning

✅ Two filter cartridges for high dust and filter load

✅ Suction blasting process with an 8 mm boron-carbide blast nozzle

✅ Closed-loop system for the economical reuse of the abrasive media

✅ Designed for a longer service life than the standard Pulsar VI

✅ Clear door opening: 940 × 975 mm

✅ For cleaning, deburring, finishing, and roughening

✅ Various optional attachments for workpiece handling are available

💡 Note: The Pulsar VI and VI Plus have the same blasting chamber. The Plus version is not a larger cabinet model, but rather the version with greater filter capacity thanks to two filter cartridges.

Blasting System and Operating Principles

In vacuum blasting, the flow of compressed air in the blast gun creates a vacuum and draws the abrasive media from the circuit to the nozzle. This process provides a controllable blasting effect and is suitable for many surface finishing applications where the maximum removal rate of a pressure blasting system is not required.

The 8-mm boron carbide nozzle is designed for abrasive media. Thanks to its large blast pattern, the nozzle can be maneuvered effectively even on larger components. The result depends not only on the abrasive media but also on the working pressure, nozzle distance, blast angle, and the nozzle’s wear condition.

Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit

The 16.8 m³/min cyclone separates reusable abrasive media from dust and fine particles. The usable abrasive media is returned to the process. This allows suitable abrasive media to be reused multiple times and keeps the abrasive media composition in the cycle more consistent.

The Plus model features two filter cartridges. This provides greater filter capacity for dust-intensive applications or longer operating times. However, the filtration unit does not replace regular maintenance: filter cartridges, the cleaning mechanism, the dust collection area, and the air pathways must be inspected and, if necessary, cleaned or serviced.

Component Task
cyclone 16.8 m³/min abrasive reconditioning
Two filter cartridges Greater filter reserve under high dust loads
Abrasive Recirculation System Reuse of Recycled Abrasive Media
filter cleaning Compressed-air cleaning of filter cartridges

Compressed Air Requirements

The required compressor power is primarily determined by nozzle size and operating pressure. Added to this is the compressed air demand for auxiliary functions such as filter cleaning. A sufficient reserve is particularly important during extended operating periods to ensure that the operating pressure at the nozzle does not drop.

The compressed air must be dry and free of oil and other contaminants. Moisture can cause the abrasive media to clump, impairing both metering and recovery.

💡 Note: Before placing an order, we recommend verifying compatibility with your existing compressor. A general airflow rate value that does not take into account operating pressure, the nozzle, and the piping system would not be reliable for system planning.

Abrasive media and Applications

Clemco certifies the Pulsar VI Plus for all common, suitable abrasive media. This makes the booth versatile for cleaning, deburring, surface roughening, and finishing applications. The type of abrasive media and grain size must be adapted to the material, the desired surface roughness, and the required removal rate.

For steel grit, Clemco specifies the use of an optional 2.2-kW motor as a requirement. This configuration should therefore be coordinated before using metallic abrasives.

Abrasive media / Applications Note
glass beads Cleaning, Matting, and Optical Finishing
Corundum / Aluminum Oxide Surface roughening, rust removal, and heavier material removal
Plastic blasting media gentler surface treatment
Steel grit only with the optional motor version intended for this purpose

Installation, Operation, and Maintenance

The booth must be installed on a level and load-bearing surface. Sufficient clearance must be provided for doors, filters, the cyclone, maintenance areas, and any additional components. The manufacturer specifies approximately 10 m² as the space requirement for the system layout.

Before blasting, check the nozzle, hoses, gloves, viewing windows, door seals, and safety switches. The doors must remain closed during operation; the door safety switch stops the blasting process when the door is opened.

The blast nozzle, nozzle holder, suction hoses, cyclones, filter cartridges, filter cleaning system, and dust collection area must be maintained regularly. Proper abrasive reconditioning and unclogged filter surfaces are crucial for consistent blasting performance and good visibility in the work area.
