We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

The Clemco PT metering valve is designed for professional pressure blasting systems with 1 1/4-inch piping. The abrasive flow rate is continuously adjustable via a handwheel. When the system is shut off, the abrasive flow is interrupted; when it is restarted, the previously set flow rate is resumed.

Optimal Settings
Start with the opening set to a low position and adjust the handwheel gradually. The optimal ratio is achieved when a uniform, powerful jet is produced without an unnecessarily dense cloud of abrasive.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Completely depressurize and drain the system before maintenance. Regularly inspect the handwheel, locking mechanism, seals, pipe nipples, and areas subject to wear.
💡 Practical tip: Make a note of the handwheel position for frequently used combinations of abrasive media and nozzle.
