Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.
Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.
In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.
Spin-XL internal pipe blasting equipment, with chassis, for pipes with an ID of 400–1,500 mm (without blast nozzles) - 400-580 is in stock and will be shipped as soon as it is available again
Clemco Spin-XL – Internal pipe blasting equipment with a chassis for pipes with an ID of 400–1,500 mm
The Clemco Spin-XL is designed for the professional internal processing of large pipes and cylindrical components. The pneumatic rotary drive guides the blast nozzles evenly around the pipe axis, while the adjustable chassis centers the unit and enables controlled feed.
With three chassis configurations, the system covers pipe inner diameters ranging from 400 to 1,500 mm. Nozzle size and compressed air supply are selected on a project-by-project basis; large diameters and high surface coverage rates require correspondingly large air volumes.
✅ For large pipe inner diameters ranging from 400 to 1,500 mm
✅ Pneumatic rotary drive
✅ Adjustable, self-centering chassis
✅ Uniform all-around processing
✅ Three diameter ranges available
✅ For industrial piping, vessel, and plant projects
Technical Data
| Inner pipe diameter | 400–1,500 mm |
| operating pressure | 6-8 bar |
| Compressed Air Requirements | approx. 10–12 m³/min, depending on the nozzle configuration |
| Max. Abrasive Grit Size | approx. 1.2 mm |
| Operating temperature | −5 to +40 °C |
| Drive | pneumatic |
Variants by Pipe ID
| Pipe ID | Item No. | Chassis |
|---|---|---|
| 400–580 mm | 24407D | compact configuration |
| 580–800 mm | 24407D-1 | Medium configuration |
| 800–1,500 mm | 24407D-2 | Large configuration |
Project-Specific Sizing
The nozzle bore, number of nozzles, feed rate, and compressor power determine the achievable surface coverage rate. The actual pressure must be maintained at the device during blasting. For long hose runs, large cross-sections and couplings with the best possible flow characteristics are required.
Applications
✔ Interior surfaces of large pipes
✔ Vessel and plant construction
✔ Rust removal, scale removal, and surface preparation
✔ Batch processing of large cylindrical components
Maintenance and Safety
Check the rotary motor, bearings, nozzle arms, nozzles, wheels, and adjustment elements before each use. The chassis must be adjusted symmetrically and securely fastened. Imbalance, unusual noises, or vibrations are grounds for immediate shutdown. Secure pipe ends to prevent abrasive leakage.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Which version is correct?
The selection is based directly on the measured inner diameter of the pipe.
How much compressed air is needed?
As a general guideline, approximately 10–12 m³/min; the exact sizing depends on the nozzles and operating pressure.
Are blast nozzles included?
As indicated in the title, the product is sold without blast nozzles; these must be selected to match the system.
