EDUCT-O-MATIC vacuum blasting system with a closed-loop system, various brushes, with or without a carrying case

The Clemco EDUCT-O-MATIC is a compact, closed-loop vacuum blasting system designed for low-dust, localized surface treatment. A suitable brush seals off the blasting area, while the abrasive media and dislodged particles are immediately sucked back into the machine. Various brushes allow the machine to be adapted to flat, curved, or angular workpieces. The machine is available with an optional carrying case.

Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco EDUCT-O-MATIC – injector-type vacuum blasting system with a closed abrasive circuit

The Clemco EDUCT-O-MATIC is a compact injector-type vacuum blasting system for low-dust work on localized areas. A suitable brush seals the blasting area against the workpiece, while abrasive media, dust and removed particles are recovered immediately and separated within the system.

The closed-loop design reduces abrasive dispersion in the work environment and enables repair, cleaning and touch-up work on installed components. Different brushes adapt the system to flat, curved or angular surfaces.

Your Benefits
✅ Closed abrasive-recovery circuit
✅ Low-dust work on localized areas
✅ No separate blast room required
✅ Different brushes for different geometries
✅ Available with or without a transport case
✅ Reuse of suitable abrasive media

Suitable Surfaces and Brushes

The brush should seal against the surface as closely as possible. Different brush shapes are used for flat sheet, external and internal radii, edges and profiles. Recovery is unreliable on greasy, wet or sticky surfaces; these surfaces must be cleaned and dried beforehand.

Applications

✔ Local removal of corrosion and paint

✔ Preparation of weld seams and repairs

✔ Touch-up work on machinery and vehicles

✔ Removal of markings and coatings from small areas

Maintenance and Safety

Regularly inspect the brush, nozzle, recovery hose, separator and filter. A damaged brush impairs the seal and increases dust leakage. Screen or replace the abrasive media as required. Despite vacuum recovery, the system must be operated with suitable PPE and in accordance with the applicable risk assessment.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Does the system operate completely dust-free?
With the correct brush and an intact recovery system, dust is greatly reduced; absolute dust-free operation depends on the surface and application.

Can damp abrasive media be used?
No. The abrasive media and surface must be dry.

Which brush is suitable?
Select the brush to suit the workpiece geometry; it should seal the blasting area as completely as possible.
