Wetblast Flex Kompakt wet blasting system (100 liters), Complete Set
The Clemco Wetblast Flex Compact is a space-saving, all-in-one wet blasting system featuring a 100-liter blast pot and a W-92 pneumatic pump. The metered water supply reduces dry dust dispersion during professional cleaning, derusting, and coating removal operations. The PT metering valve, quick-shut-off valve, water separator, 9.5-mm tungsten carbide nozzle, and 10-meter blast hose are all designed to work together. At 6 bar, the compressed air requirement is approximately 5.0 m³/min plus a reserve.

Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.
Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.
In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.
Wetblast Flex Kompakt wet blasting system (100 liters), Complete Set is in stock and will be shipped as soon as it is available again
Clemco Wetblast Flex Kompakt – mobile complete wet blasting system with a 100-liter blast pot
The Clemco Wetblast Flex Kompakt combines professional wet blasting technology with a particularly compact, mobile design. Controlled water injection binds a large portion of the dust generated during blasting directly in the blast stream or at the point of impact. The system is suitable for cleaning, rust removal, coating removal and restoration work in workshops, industrial environments and on construction sites.
The 100-liter blast pot, pneumatic W-92 pump with check valve, and coordinated air, water and abrasive controls are mounted on a common frame. The standard 9.5 mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle provides high surface coverage and requires a correspondingly sized compressed-air supply.

System Components
✔ 100-liter blast pot
✔ Pneumatic W-92 wet blasting pump with check valve
✔ Dual-function quick shut-off
✔ HMS water separator
✔ PT abrasive metering valve
✔ 9.5 mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle
✔ 10 m blast hose
Operating Principle and Process Control
Wet blasting combines the mechanical action of the abrasive with controlled water injection. Adjust the water volume so that dust is suppressed without unnecessarily saturating the surface. Excess water increases cleaning effort, wastewater volume and, depending on the substrate, corrosion risk; too little water reduces dust suppression.
For repeatable results, document air pressure, abrasive flow, water pressure, working distance and blasting angle. Test sensitive surfaces on a small area first.
Compressed-Air Requirement and Sizing
| Nozzle condition | Pressure | Air requirement | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| 9.5 mm, new | 6 bar | approx. 5.0 m³/min | Allow additional compressor reserve |
| Worn | 6 bar setpoint | Increases | Check bore with a nozzle gauge |
The required operating pressure must be maintained under full blasting load. Long or undersized hoses, restrictive couplings, dirty filters and a worn nozzle cause pressure loss and increase compressor demand.
Applications
✔ Low-dust surface preparation
✔ Rust removal and removal of old coatings
✔ Construction-site, restoration and maintenance work
✔ Cleaning steel structures, machinery and plant components
Care, Maintenance and Safety
Before each use, inspect hoses, couplings, pump, valves, check valve, metering valve and nozzle. Drain condensate from the water separator and keep the compressed-air supply dry. After operation, flush the water lines with clean water, drain them completely and allow them to dry.
Before maintenance, completely depressurize the system and secure it against restarting. If freezing conditions are possible, the pump, hoses and fittings must be completely free of water. Collect and dispose of wastewater and removed coating residues in accordance with applicable requirements.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference from the larger Wetblast Flex?
The Kompakt version has a 100-liter blast pot and a significantly more space-saving frame design.
Does the pump require electricity?
No. The W-92 is pneumatically operated.
Can the water pressure be adjusted?
Yes. The system range is 0–4 bar and is adjusted to suit the application.
How much compressed air is required?
With a 9.5 mm nozzle, approximately 5.0 m³/min is required at 6 bar; compressor reserve and line losses must be considered in addition.
