We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

The Gram Clean Air RGF-A is a highly maneuverable source extraction arm designed for ATEX Zone 21/1 (2D/2G). It captures welding and soldering fumes, dust, aerosols, and vapors directly at the source and, thanks to its wide range of motion, can be flexibly positioned over the work area.

Flexible operation in ATEX zones
The strain-relieved hose and 360° rotation make it easier to reposition the hood as workpiece positions change. Short versions are connected to the duct system via a nipple, while longer versions are connected via a hose connection.
The store offers variants with S9-A hoses with diameters ranging from 100 to 160 mm and arm lengths ranging from 2 to 9 m.
