Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Clemco Hollo Blast HBC-1 / HBC-2 with Cart – Internal Pipe Blasting Equipment for 65–300 mm Inner Diameters
The Clemco Hollo Blast is a professional internal pipe blasting equipment designed for uniform treatment of cylindrical interior surfaces. A deflector head distributes the blast evenly around the pipe wall, while the matching centering cart guides the machine along the pipe’s axis. This allows for the reproducible removal of rust, scale, and old coatings from pipes.
The available HBC-1 and HBC-2 carts accommodate different pipe diameters. Depending on the model and blast head, tungsten carbide or boron carbide components, as well as HBN-8 or HBN-10 nozzles, are available.
✅ All-around blasting of pipe interiors
✅ Centered guide for an even blast pattern
✅ Pipe ID from 65–300 mm
✅ HBC-1 and HBC-2 carts for different diameters
✅ Variants with tungsten carbide or boron carbide
✅ For professional surface preparation up to Sa 2½

Application and Setup
The device is moved axially through the pipe. To ensure consistent results, centering, feed rate, air pressure, and abrasive flow rate must be kept constant. The blast hose must be of sufficient size to ensure that the required pressure is maintained at the device even under full load.
Maintenance and Safety
Regularly inspect the deflection head, nozzle, centering cart, rollers, and fasteners for wear. The system must be depressurized before inserting it into the pipe. Pipe ends must be secured to prevent abrasive media from escaping; operators must never stand in the direction of the blast.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
For which pipes is the system suitable?
For pipe inner diameters of approximately 65–300 mm, depending on the cart and configuration.
Why is a centering cart important?
It keeps the blast head aligned with the pipe axis and helps ensure a uniform, all-around blast pattern.
How do you choose the right option?
Based on pipe ID, desired nozzle material, nozzle size, and available compressed air capacity.
