Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.
Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.
In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.
Wet blast nozzle, Soft Nozzle, 50 mm coarse thread, tungsten carbide, nozzle bore 8 or 9.5 mm - 8 is in stock and will be shipped as soon as it is available again
Clemco Soft Nozzle – Wet blast nozzle made of tungsten carbide with GEKA water connection
The Clemco Soft Nozzle is a professional wet blast nozzle designed for dust-reduced and material-friendly blasting operations. Through the controlled addition of water, the dry blast stream is mixed with water directly at the nozzle. This significantly reduces dust generation and additionally cools and wets the surface during the blasting process.
The tungsten carbide nozzle insert offers a robust, impact-resistant design. The nozzle features a 50 mm coarse thread and a GEKA water connection. It is available in 8 and 9.5 mm bore sizes; the nozzle is intended, among other things, for use with compatible Clemco NHP/CFP-50 nozzle holders.
Benefits
✅ Wet blasting for significant dust reduction
✅ Robust tungsten carbide nozzle insert
✅ GEKA water connection for practical water supply
✅ 50 mm coarse thread
✅ 8 and 9.5 mm bore holes
✅ Suitable for renovation, restoration, and industrial surface treatment
✅ Adding water can reduce the impact on sensitive environments and adjacent areas

Calculate compressed air requirements, abrasive consumption, and compressor power
The air requirement of the nozzle is generally based on the nozzle cross-section and operating pressure; 8 and 9.5 mm are directly available in the calculator. The displayed abrasive consumption is based on dry blasting guidelines and serves only as a rough guide for wet blasting.
Select the nozzle bore, working pressure, and power reserve.
💡 Power reserve: accounts for nozzle wear and pressure losses.
📌 Note: Air consumption can be used as a nozzle reference; abrasive consumption for wet blasting is only a rough guide.
How It Works and Selecting the Nozzle Size
✔ Water is mixed in immediately at the blast outlet
✔ 8 mm requires less compressed air than 9.5 mm
✔ 9.5 mm enables higher surface coverage rates with sufficient air supply
✔ Adjust the water flow so that dust is bound without using an unnecessary amount of water
Recommended Abrasive Media
✔ Suitable mineral abrasive media
✔ Garnet
✔ Corundum, depending on the application
✔ Additional free-flowing abrasive media suitable for wet blasting
📌 Note: Abrasive media must be compatible with the amount of water added, the surface material, and the desired blast pattern.
Applications
✔ Facade and concrete restoration
✔ Natural stone and mineral substrates
✔ Rust removal and paint stripping with reduced dust generation
✔ Working in a sensitive environment
✔ Renovation and Maintenance
Installation, Inspection, and Operation
Install the water connection securely and ensure it is leak-free. Check the nozzle, nozzle holder, and water supply before starting operation. After use, flush the water line and regularly inspect the nozzle bore for wear.
FAQ
What is the benefit of adding water?
It captures a large portion of the dust generated and can make the blasting process gentler on both the material and the environment.
Which water connection?
GEKA.
Which holes?
8 and 9.5 mm.
Can I use the standard abrasive consumption values from the dry calculator?
For general guidance only. In wet blasting, the addition of water and process control also affect actual consumption.
Conclusion
The Clemco Soft Nozzle is a robust wet blast nozzle designed for low-dust professional surface treatment. Its tungsten carbide core, GEKA water connection, and 50-mm coarse thread combine to create a practical solution for renovation and industrial applications.
