Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.
Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.
In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco BXS – Long boron carbide Venturi blast nozzle for high air flow rates
The Clemco BXS is a long Venturi blast nozzle with large nozzle bores for professional pressure blasting systems. The 10- and 12-mm versions are designed for high air flow rates and high surface coverage rates. The boron carbide nozzle insert offers very high wear resistance during intensive use.
The connection is made via a 50 mm coarse thread. Before making a selection, it is essential to verify whether the compressor, compressed-air line, and blast hose can deliver the required air volume at operating pressure.
Benefits
✅ Large nozzle bores for high surface coverage rates
✅ Boron carbide nozzle insert with very high wear resistance
✅ Long Venturi geometry
✅ 50 mm coarse thread
✅ Designed for high-performance professional blast cleaning systems
✅ Suitable for large-scale industrial projects

Calculate compressed air requirements, abrasive consumption, and compressor power ratings
For 10 and 12 mm, the calculator can use 11 and 12.5 mm, respectively, as a conservative estimate.
Select the nozzle bore, operating pressure, and power reserve.
💡 Power reserve: accounts for nozzle wear and pressure losses.
Technical guidelines: The effective flow rate at operating pressure is the decisive factor for compressor selection.
How It Works and Selecting the Nozzle Size
✔ Large boreholes require high-performance compressors
✔ Long Venturi geometry supports high exit velocities and a wide spray pattern
✔ Effective flow rate at operating pressure is crucial
✔ Hose cross-sections and fittings must not unnecessarily restrict the flow rate
Recommended Abrasive Media
✔ Corundum
✔ Garnet
✔ Slag
✔ Glass beads
✔ Steel grit when used with a suitable system
✔ Additional dry abrasive media of suitable grit size
Applications
✔ Large-scale rust removal and paint stripping
✔ Steel, Tank, and Plant Construction
✔ Shipyards and industrial maintenance
✔ Surface preparation of large components
Wear, Inspection, and Operation
Check the nozzle bore regularly. Even minor wear significantly increases the free cross-sectional area of large nozzles and raises air consumption. Protect boron carbide from impacts and drops.
FAQ
Why does the BXS require so much compressed air?
The large 10- and 12-mm holes have a large clear cross-section.
Which connection?
50 mm coarse thread.
Which model has the highest surface coverage rate?
If the compressed air supply is sufficiently sized, typically the 12-mm version.
What level of compressor reserve is recommended?
30 or 50% are suitable as practical reserve levels.
Conclusion
The Clemco BXS is a high-performance boron carbide long nozzle for large, professional pressure blasting systems.
