Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.
Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.
In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Düsenprofi GD – long double-Venturi blasting nozzle made of boron carbide
The Düsenprofi GD is a long double-Venturi blast nozzle for professional pressure blasting applications. The hot-pressed boron carbide nozzle insert combines very high wear resistance with a double-Venturi geometry designed to produce a wide, uniform blast pattern and efficient surface coverage.
The nozzle has a 32 mm inlet, an aluminum/PU protective sleeve, and a 50 mm coarse thread. Five nozzle bores ranging from 6.5 to 12.5 mm allow for adjustment to different compressed air flow rates.
Benefits
✅ Double Venturi geometry for a wide blast pattern
✅ Hot-pressed boron carbide nozzle insert
✅ High wear resistance with abrasive blasting media
✅ 32 mm inlet and 50 mm coarse thread
✅ Five nozzle bores for different performance ranges
✅ For large-scale professional blasting projects

Calculate compressed air requirements, abrasive consumption, and compressor power
All five bore sizes are pre-programmed in our blast nozzle calculator. When sizing a compressor, the effective flow rate at operating pressure, hose losses, and a reasonable power reserve should be taken into account.
Select the nozzle bore, operating pressure, and power reserve.
💡 Power reserve: takes nozzle wear and pressure losses into account; abrasive consumption remains unchanged.
Technical guidelines: The effective flow rate at operating pressure is the determining factor for compressor selection.
How It Works and Selecting the Nozzle Size
✔ Double Venturi for a wide blast cone
✔ Larger boreholes require significantly more compressed air
✔ Select a compressor based on effective delivery volume at operating pressure
✔ 32-mm inlet supports the supply to larger nozzle bores
Recommended Abrasive Media
✔ Corundum / Aluminum Oxide
✔ Garnet
✔ Slag and mineral abrasive media
✔ Glass beads
✔ Steel grit when used with a suitable system
Applications
✔ Rust removal and paint stripping
✔ Surface preparation
✔ Steel and Plant Construction
✔ Large-scale industrial and maintenance work
Wear, Inspection, and Operation
Boron carbide is highly wear-resistant but more brittle than tungsten carbide. Protect the nozzle from impacts and check the bore regularly. As the bore size increases, so does the air requirement.
FAQ
What type of connection does the GD have?
50 mm coarse thread with a 32 mm inlet.
What bore sizes are available?
6.5 to 12.5 mm.
What is the effect of the double Venturi geometry?
It promotes a broader, more even blast pattern for productive surface treatment.
What size is right for the compressor?
The flow rate and operating pressure are crucial; larger boreholes require significantly more air.
Conclusion
The Düsenprofi GD is a wear-resistant double-Venturi blast nozzle designed for productive, professional pressure blasting operations and large surfaces. Its boron carbide core and wide range of sizes make it a high-performance solution for abrasive applications.
