Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Novablast NBSC-18 – compact blast pot for mobile and spot blasting applications
The Novablast NBSC-18 is a professional blast pot with a 18-liter vessel capacity. It was developed for short, mobile, and precise blasting jobs and is particularly suitable for workshops, repair shops, vehicle restoration, metal fabrication, maintenance, and small-scale construction site applications.
Thanks to its compact design, the unit is easier to transport and can also be used in confined spaces. The 18-liter abrasive media container is designed for short work intervals and frequently changing work locations. Compared to larger blasting tanks, the NBSC-18 is quicker to set up, easier to move, and requires less abrasive media for filling.
The pressure vessel is designed for a system pressure of 5 to 12 bar. According to the manufacturer’s manual, the permissible compressed air and ambient temperatures range from 5 to 50 °C. With a tank diameter of 258 mm, a height of 781 mm, and a weight of 40 kg, the NBSC-18 is the most compact model in the Novablast NBSC series.

What types of work is the NBSC-18 suitable for?
✔ Repair work on steel structures
✔ Vehicle and classic car restoration
✔ Cleaning of weld seams and repair areas
✔ Machining of small machine and equipment parts
✔ Mobile Maintenance
✔ Blasting operations at hard-to-reach locations
How a Blast Pot Works
In pressure blasting, the abrasive media is pressurized inside a closed container. It enters the compressed air stream through the metering valve and is transported through the blast hose to the nozzle. Compared to injector blasting equipment, this method enables significantly higher blasting performance and more efficient material transport.
Selecting the Right Compressor and Nozzle Size
Air consumption is not determined by the blast pot capacity, but primarily by the nozzle bore diameter and operating pressure. For stable operation, the compressor must continuously supply the required air volume at operating pressure. Novablast recommends a compressed air supply line with an inner diameter of at least 3/4 inch for optimal power transmission.
Suitable Abrasive Media
✔ Aluminum silicate
✔ Corundum
✔ Glass beads
✔ Slag blasting media
✔ Steel grit and cast steel with appropriate valve and hose configurations
✔ Additional dry, free-flowing, and approved abrasive media
The abrasive media used must be dry, screened, and intended for blasting work. Damp or clumped material can block the valve, hose, and nozzle.
Pneumatic Remote Control
The pneumatic remote control allows the blasting process to be started and stopped directly from the operator’s station. Before each use, the remote control, deadman handle, hoses, and couplings must be checked to ensure they are functioning properly.
Maintenance and Care
✔ Empty the moisture separator regularly
✔ Check the metering valve for wear and ensure unobstructed material flow
✔ Test the remote control and dead man’s switch before starting work
✔ Check the silencer for cloggings
✔ Check the blast hose, couplings, and nozzle holders
✔ Measure nozzle size regularly
✔ Have pressure vessels inspected in accordance with legal requirements
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
How big and heavy is the NBSC-18?
The device measures 258 mm in diameter and 781 mm in height. It weighs 40 kg.
What pressure range is the device designed for?
The manufacturer specifies a system pressure of at least 5 and at most 12 bar.
Is 18 liters enough for professional work?
Yes, for spot work, repairs, and short mobile applications. However, when working on large surfaces, refilling breaks are often required more frequently.
Is a compressor included?
No, unless it is expressly offered as part of a complete set.
Why is dry compressed air important?
Moisture can cause the abrasive media to clump, leading to uneven dispensing or cloggings.
