Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

The exact composition depends on the current Clemco parts assignment. Before starting, completely depressurize the tank, drain the abrasive media, and secure the system to prevent it from restarting. Clean sealing surfaces, threads, and valve seats; do not improvise or rework worn components individually.
After maintenance, first perform a leak test, a switch test, and a vent test without abrasive media. The system may only be operated with abrasive media again after it has been verified to function properly.
