BPSP 50 vacuum blasting system, 24-liter capacity, 1–7 bar blasting pressure, complete set

 |  Item No. S 136

The ACF BPSP 50 is a professional vacuum blasting system with a 24-liter abrasive media capacity and an adjustable operating pressure of approximately 1 to 7 bar. Abrasive media, dust, and dislodged debris are extracted directly at the blast head and separated via cyclones, making the system particularly suitable for indoor spaces and sensitive areas. With the appropriate abrasive media, reuse is possible after separation.

Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

ACF BPSP 50 – professional vacuum blasting system for low-dust blasting without open abrasive rebound

The ACF BPSP 50 is a professional vacuum blasting system for paint removal, rust removal, cleaning, and engraving in sensitive areas. The blast head is placed directly on the surface. Abrasive media, dust, and loosened residues are extracted immediately at the point of impact and collected in a cyclone container.

With a 24-liter capacity and an adjustable operating pressure of approximately 1–7 bar, the BPSP 50 is suitable for metal, stone, marble, granite, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, bronze, weld seams, and many other surfaces. Especially in indoor areas, workshops, and production areas, the closed-system design significantly reduces cleaning effort and abrasive scatter.

With the appropriate surface geometry and suitable abrasive media, the material can be reused after deposition. If necessary, the device can also be used as an open-blast machine without a suction head; in this case, the full safety requirements for open-blast operations apply.

Your Benefits at a Glance

Technical Specifications

Feature Value
Model BPSP 50
vessel capacity 24 liters
Working pressure approx. 1–7 bar
Suction capacity approx. 1,000 W
Compressed Air Requirements Approx. 40 m³/h, depending on the nozzle and pressure
nozzle size approx. 3–4 mm
Hose length 5 meters

How It Works

The brush head seals off the work area from the surrounding environment. The abrasive media strikes the surface within this area. At the same time, the system extracts the material. Heavier components are separated in the cyclones, while finer dust particles are retained in the filter system.

Suitable Applications

āœ” Paint and rust removal from metal surfaces
āœ” Machining of aluminum and stainless steel
āœ” Cleaning copper and bronze
āœ” Stone, marble, and granite
āœ” Engraving and decorative work
āœ” Weld seams and localized surface preparation
āœ” Indoor spaces and dust-sensitive production areas

Limits of Extraction

The best results are achieved on flat or slightly curved surfaces. The brush head cannot seal completely along edges, deep profiles, and highly uneven surfaces. Abrasive media may escape in these areas.

Maintenance and Care

āœ” Check the brush head for wear
āœ” Empty the cyclone hopper in a timely manner
āœ” Clean or replace the vacuum filter
āœ” Check hoses for leaks
āœ” Measure the nozzle regularly
āœ” Check the abrasive media for contamination
āœ” Test the remote control and dead man’s switch

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Is the BPSP 50 completely dust-free?
Dust generation can be significantly reduced on surfaces that seal well. Completely emission-free operation is not possible with every geometry.

Can abrasive media be recycled?
Yes, provided it is clean, dry, and still technically suitable.

Can it be blast-cleaned in an open area?
Yes, provided the necessary modifications are made. In that case, full personal protective equipment is required.

For which types of work is the device particularly suitable?
For local paint stripping, rust removal, engraving, and cleaning work in sensitive areas.
